literally a week ago we were all talking about how great the company is and how good things will be in the future. To now looking in the past talking about lawsuits and how crappy the management is and how everything moving forward is now in doubt. It's no wonder it keeps falling like a rock with the general sentiment the way it is only sellers and no eager buyers equals lower sp.

"we were all talking about how great the company is and how good things will be in the future"

no, not every one was - and this is where people get all f'd up

to be a good investor you HAVE to listen to well reasoned information ON BOTH SIDES especially when they are contrary to your point of view

if you really own 150,000 shares then i am sad that you are down $750,000

completely avoidable

time and again, i and others have clearly and efficiently discussed ways to mitigate losses on this (and any stock)

no one knows where this ride stops - no one

again, if you sold everything tomorrow at $5. you have either a gain or a loss

it costs you $9.99

if the price goes up, you have lost NOTHING

if the price goes down, you have lost nothing further (and then can decide to re-invest - or not)

IF, THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY, AND IF THIS HAS GOOD MGMT THEN IT WILL POSSIBLY/EVENTUALLY GET TO $7, THEN $8 AND HIGHER

IF this is going back to $10 (TD) then who cares if you miss the ride from $5 - $7 BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE, BUYING AT $7 WILL PRETTY MUCH GUARANTEE THE WORST IS OVER

no one knows where this goes

protect your capital

no, i don't want your shares

no, i do not short

yes, i am a regular guy trying to make some $$ for my family

good luck
