RE:What do you guys think For the most part this is definitely one of the more sensible boards, Nutrader. The responses from Gal and Art are an example of that.
Another way of looking at your question is where has the company come from, where is it and what is it going to look like at the end of 2021 both operationally and financially.
In a recent post I presented the quarterly financials. From 2019 to Q2 2020 Empower had increased quarter over quarter revenues by 500%. At that stage you could have called this a company that could generate annual revenues somewhere between $3 million and $4 million. They had a slight downturn in Q3 2020 but then acquired Kai Medical.
The financials for Kai Mecical pre the website are going to take that proposed annual return and turn it into a quarterly return ....if not even better. So all of a sudden, and with a status quo of patients using the clinics in the US, you're now looking at a company with annual revenues in the $10 million to $15 million range.
While the requirement for covid tests will logically diminish in the next one to two years the expansion of Kai Mecical is "forever". All in It was purchased for the equivalent of $2 million US. It never was nor will it ever be just a covid test analysis site.
Then the clinics??? My late father was an electrical contractor ....I understand what you're saying about bringing that all together. If, as Steve has suggested, they have a system in place to develop these is it possible that because these are reconstructions as opposed to full on building construction (from the ground up) that getting smaller firms for each trade will be easier .....and that his timeline might be easily met? Your thoughts?
As for the shock and awe, there definitely appears to be a larger contingent of traders that want Freedom 55 at 30 ....and that definitely drives volatility. It still seems though, that the bulk of traders are long on stocks 6 months to 2 years. That reality combined with the opening of 3 to 4 new clinics per quarter should be enough to drive the sp to the $5.00 target that some have suggested for the end of 2021 into the first part of 2022.
All of this presumes there will be no more acquisitions. Steve has regularly stated just opposite. Those too will drive up revenue and one would expect the sp.
Cheers!
