RE:Looking back

RE:Looking back

That's great you are a long term holder.

I noticed that you got some very bad advice from your bank because the easiest ways was to an in-kind transfer without selling from your investment account to your TFSA.  Very sad to see you were given wrong advice.

But great to see you holding nicely.  I've never been more excited than now.  Hpq is really into incredible possibilities with Purevap QRR and Purevap NSiR reactors!!

I realized that I've owned this stock for a long time, since it was called Uragold Bay resources.  I think I bought it in 2010.  I remember I bought a lot of shares (280,000 turns out) but couldn't remember how I came to have so much less now because I know I hadn't sold any over the years.    Did a little research and reminded myself that in 2012 there was a 4 for 1 reverse split.  I also had the shares  split between my TFSA and an investment account.  One year I decided to get them all into my TFSA account and was advised by my bank that the fastest/easiest way was to sell them in my investment account, transfer money into my TFSA and rebuy them.  In the process of waiting for the funds to get into my TFSA, the price increases and reduced my total number of shares a little more.  This stock had been so low priced for so long that I hadn't even been payed attention to it for years.  It was a nice surprise when I checked in a couple months ago and saw what was happening.

To be clear, I'm a terrible investor, but this one may make up some ground.  I've waited this long so no sense rushing now.
