CEO owns this mess

CEO owns this messThe buck always stops at the top and this is no different.  And sadly, if it's true that XBC was offering free installation, and that was the crux of the issue surrounding losses on projects, it is not a simply fix.  The value proposition to the end customer must have demanded that cost to be $0 in order to make it a commercially viable installation.  'Simply' charging for a previously non-billable service could have a material impact our XBC's ability to attract new customers and further develop our pipeline of future cash flows.  While the change is simple, the ramifications may be less so.  Again, I think we're oversold at this market cap and am holding long.  GLTA
