The Client intends to use this powder for confidential purposes.
The powder was delivered, in its entirety, over a period of two (2) months and the quality exceeded expectations. Follow-on orders are expected." The order was completed and paid for in a couple months.
I surmised aerospace at the time. Maybe now months of test results are in and that government/military are ready to go ahead with larger orders.
