If I am not mistaken, I do not think THRM submitted the application to REB before February 25th. I think their application submitted after that deadline (Feb 25th), If that is the case THRM will hear something from REB on April 15.

Please Note: I may be wrong too, my above comment is based on by looking at the latest NRs and REB dates and deadlines.
