In regards for my statement Cuba Ni & Cobalt possiblity entering America. Comes from in 2006 when oil prices were high and fears of a tight supply, US Congress had a bill presented to for US oil companies to explore and produce oil from Cuba area and become exempt from the embargo. Never passed. But The US has lots of interest with oil around the world. The EV and precious metal supply not so much, very little interest or influence today.
