Technically, you still own shares of the company even if it is delisted. They have applied to the TSX-V which can take a bit of time (30-60 days to know if they will be accepted). In the meantime, I think you can trade on the Pink Sheets.

Shareholders will lose their investments if the Debtor in Possession calls the loan (we don't know what could trigger that even). In that case, JE would have to find another entity for the loan or the Debtor in Possession would apply to the courts to wipe out all shareholders (and other debtors).
