REALLY.
They paid $6,500 to one consultant.
Maybe that consultant saved you a $100,000 or $1M of shareholder value.
If you don't trust the board for their decisions why not call and ask what that consultant performed for the company.

Whiners..............geez.

There are legitimate things to have concern about.
A $65,000 consultant, maybe
That is not one of them.
