Cloudmd vs. Well Health-comparison of financials

Cloudmd vs. Well Health-comparison of financialsWith the recent decline in telehealth stocks I thought I'd do a cursory review on these 2 stocks based on the most recent data:
Revenue  run rate: DOC-$85-$100m+ with organic growth
Well-$70m but $265m if CRH deal goes through(usd converted) + another 30m if CRH deal goes through fully funded by by LKS+
Cash and equivelants-DOC$60m post acquisitions
                                      WELL-$86m
Shares o/s- roughly 170,000,000 eachcurrent.
Current share price-DOC-$1.77    WELL-$7.36
So DOC is pretty much locked in to $100m run rate by June 30 and WELL with CRH 2.65x higher. Simplistically all being equeal with the big correction this month DOC should be around $3.25  easy especially considering the 40%+ correction from the high while WELL has only corrected 18% from the CRH announcement.
Or am I missing something??
