The Company is focused on the cultivation and manufacturing of a portfolio of cannabis consumer-packaged goods in a variety of formats for both the wholesale and retail markets. The Company operates through three segments: Alternative Medicine Association LLC (AMA), Infused Mfg LLC (Infused MFG), and Corporate. Its AMA segment is focused on the cultivation and sale of medical and adult use cannabis products. Its Infused MFG segment is focused on the manufacturing of Hemp derived cannabidiol (CBD) products. Its product offerings through its in-house brands, including wholesale flower, pre-rolls, and extracted products under the AMA and Level X brands for the Nevada market; and Canna Hemp, a national CBD brand of wellness products, which include tinctures, gummies, topicals and sports recovery products. The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:RE:Possibly be cheapies As I posted last week; just bought another 75k shares. I've listened to all Rosen interviews. All 'sounds good'. But the sp speaks louder than words: it's the only true indicator of market sentiment, or am I missing something?

Raising more $$ is all good; diluting shares for a penny stock that hasn't shown results yet, isn't inspitational (for me). DFC 'justified' it in a very good way. But extending debentures is not a strong sign of confidence. Just my humble opinion.

Bottom line: I want this to succeed (in a big way). The last 3+ years remaining here proves that. I am not "afraid" to lose this investment. I knew what I was getting into when I jumped in. Just looking for continued progress (which again, last 2 NR's did not inpire in me). The plans going forward, and next quarter report will say a lot.
