Cancellation of the April 19 meeting is a shock to me....

I thought that by mid April the financials were filed and Eve was ready to present its new business plan based on financial results. This would have given all, a chance to determine each ones investment strategy ongoing.
Why the cancellation....more auditor problems? new bank developments? company reorganization?
Speculation is open!
Currently I'm out. It's easy to get back into this stock, so I'm not worried.
