Direct sales or managed services has a lower margin than indirect sales. I would imagine that if there is a shift in direct sales to indirect sales than margins should improve going forward. 

From their investor presentation, they charge a 10% commission on direct sales vs 4% commission on indirect sales. 

Ad spend * commission fee = Adcore revenue
