RE:Faillite.... hahahahhahaha

RE:Faillite.... hahahahhahahaThat's a great article of the sequence of events, in a nutshell. The Family lost it's way for a while there. The Father didn't help his kid with the running of Bombardier. He was busy with the cement plant.

The fact that they didn't invest in bbd till 2015 says it all. They were milking the company for everything it was worth. Then the Executives did the same.

This is a public company with shareholders who have put billions into the shares of this iconic company, only to see their wealth disappear. By being lied to. But I can understand why they did it. What i can't understand is that they did it. I guess they had to lie, to save the rest of their assets, or what ever they could. They didn't want to go BK and buy it back, or restructure, or privatize, because they would have being sued by everyone. Or they're just an honerable Family that made a mistake and that was done by the kid PB, and he lied to us, to get out of this mess. I hope he (PB) gives up his big wages, and takes a back seat from the BoD and let this company rebuild.

I have the feeling that the Family finally understood that, and are not taking the risk of losing it all now. They saw a lot of the company wealth disappear, by a few thoughtless mistakes, by risking it all. I don't think they have the appetite for another blunder like that.

Now let's keep on building planes, buying down debt, and trimming the fat from BA. 20% margins is not unreasonable. The only salvation for this remaining company is HARD WORK, and we have 2 good managers at the top to make sure that, that happens.
