RE:p.s. @ "coldsoak" ...A little history... Matica was initially based in BC and Ontario... When hemmingford came along it could only be bought by a Quebec based entity since it is farmland... the “family” involvement your fixated on solved that problem...
The land in question was not serviced... it now is and can be used for a greenhouses when the volume will justify it or simply sold ...
i am from Quebec that land serviced as it is in that area will easily fetch 7 figures...
