Yeah but there are always ways to delay disclosure while the t's are crossed and the i's dotted. Things can be cooking for some time, especially when confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements are in effect. Alot of judgement comes into play, and boards will often sit on news with a variety of excuses to justify the timing of news releases. C'est la vie.
