Not likely. the mills need to sell to as many customers as possible to have enough volume to sell.
Look at Nestle acquistions , they buy innovative companies that make high margin food products.
Not low margin commodity ingredients with equipment sitting idle from lack of customers..

and Nestle is going to desing new products - with a new unique protein and therefore it is very likely that they do NOT WANT TO OWN their enemies in the market to be able to use the same protein
