 							Not sure if many of you know but DDC has been receiving research grants. It's on the financials and M&A

 							During the year ended December 31, 2020, the Company received a grant of $282,411 from the National Research Council of
 							Canada under the Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). Proceeds from this grant have been applied against the
 							Company's payroll expense included in personnel expenses.
