EQX direct or through PG

can anyone tell me what percentage of the hardrock project EQX owns? i mainly want to invest in EQX becasue of the hardrock project and its potential, but i was aslo looking into aqiring those shares through PG if i can get a little kicker with the I-80 shares. im on the fence about going direct through EQX or diluting the cash value with PG to take a chance on the I-80 combination.
