However with a new issue, the pump takes place before the IPO. Then the hype of the IPO and the media coverage. Who can draw the media? Whoever it is, make sure they way the GAGE hat for recognition and if the person under the hat has media visibility, then let's choose him.

Then this creates a huge buying opportunity for little guys all primed to have a chance at this new monster.

Huge volume on the bid...but hold on, where is all the sell side stock coming from?

Think about it. Then think who was doing the real flipping of free shares or shorting or whatever. The millions of shares on the sell side had to come from somewhere.
