Absolutely! And asking questions should NEVER be a problem. The real issue is about management's unwillingness to answer. Why does it seems to be a veil over the company's dealings, finances and news? What is management attempting to conceal? I agree about the comparison with a dictatorship, as totalitarian regimes thrive on secrecy. Don't like this, Dr. T?? Then be transparent, be accountable and offer shareholders answers... no need to remind management that this an intrinsic part of their job... Or perhaps they DO need to me reminded of this at the AGM?
