I am not sure what you have against Tommy but he stated it pretty well.  As for as government of Canada go this might be one of the best deals they ever signed.  It seems to me it is positive for AC but more positive for the taxpayer.  In fact it sounds pretty much what AC could have got 6 months ago.  Needless to say with the problem of the variants I think AC felt things might get ugly if they wait to long.  It will be interesting to see where the share price goes tomorrow.  Does the market like it or not?  My feeling the share price drops somewhere between the issue price and the current price so in the $25's.  That said, the market might give a sigh of relief and push it up?  Hard to say!
