blockchain isn't "hackable", it's everywhere. That's the entire point of it. People could "hack" you and steal your key, using that to steal your coin, on whatever form you hold it in. Much like they could steal your safety deposit box key..... So where do you store gold? Small hold, bury it, under your bed, in the wall? Or bulk, in a vault, in the system, with paid insurance and storage eating up gains or causing negative return? The only people that can ever steal en masse is the government. And gold, BTC, NFT, whatever, as soon as they sense they are losing control of the money supply through capital outflows to other assets, boom, excise, restrictions, etc. The irony is that they don't need to "take it" to "take it", just restrict the ability to transact in it, and its gone.
