The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. I exercised my warrants as soon as they appeared in my accounts on March 24th  I then sold half my VIBE holdings on April 6th when we broke the $1.40 threshold and there was heavy trading volume.  I am now wishing I had sold it all.  I have orders in to sell the remainder if we hit $1.40 again or breach the $1.10 mark.
