I am suggesting they buy Baylin Technologies at low price. This will give boost to revenue immediately 130 Million. They had target of 300 million within 3 years? Where is the results?

Baylin are into 5G technology and the growth field going forward.

No action from management. I think they have poor management and boad of directors.
