Hpv.. is that what the market for papilocare looks like in the USA? 

The purchase price via the EU distributor Gedeon Richter for a complete treatment (5 months) is 180-200 euros for customers. 

Just keep in mind that HPV is by far the most common sexually transmitted disease in the USA - but have there ever been any communicated estimates of demand?
