Your point is reasonable, and I agree that possibility should definitely be considered. But I don't think the magnitude of the insider selling has been significant enough to cause for real concern. Rodanya sold a minimal amount of shares. Andrew Abdalla the audit guy on the board sold a bunch of shares, but it was pretty much just him that sold any significant amount. What if he wants some cash right now for some expense?
We have seen several other insiders exercise their options and NOT sell as well. So their share holdings have actually increased. It is well known that insider selling is not always bad... especially if minimal. insider buying or insider accumulation is almost always good, however.
