We at least reduced dilution by almost 3 million shares (increasing shareholder value/sp today) by the rescission of that bad CGOC (now PBIC) deal. Now if they would only reconsider the Nasdaq up-listing & stay focused on product development/revenue generation. Wouldn't prefer a small share buyback before up-listing ; )....would do more to boost the sp & confidence in this company.
