RE:RE:Stock is still in an upward trendIn the stock market, there are a very large number of factors that influence the share price by impacting the demand and supply of shares in a company. . There are macro and micro factors. Like the overall stock market, growth stocks, and sector trends etc, and then the stock itself. There are fundamentals and technicals. I try to look at all. Markets are unpredictable and weird things happen all the time.
I think this stock will create a new high 52 week high that is not too far off and the stock may not become too overbought. RSI is around 65 may jump 70 but may not get too hot. The stock is in an upward trend and it would create new highs and higher lows. Once or twice it can violate the previous lows and still maintain its upward trend. It is healthier for the sock to cool off and consolidate.
The chart looks good. Love the small float that can do wonders. but the quality of buying is not great as it is not broad-based. Anonymous is still active. Yesterday he alone ran up the stock. Like to see very broad buying and bids at lower prices building up. Investors waiting for weeks to get filled in lower prices. The bids side is still weak. Still shows a lack of interest in the stock. It is Anonymous that is holding up the price and pushes it up.
I have not yet figured out what is the worth of this company. Cannot compare it will peers like NEPT and LABS which are crapy stocks. The market is not evaluating manufacturers with LPS that are in a bubble. If this company was evaluated with LPs then the stock would be trading much higher. I am trying to figure out why the market has different valuations for manufacturers in the large sector. That is why I come up with the theories.
I have not yet worked out how far can this stock go and where short sellers will jump on it on a fundamental basis. Revenue growth and margins are very important. They have a lot of irons in the fire and next quarter the revenue will increase because of gummies too. I have not idea how much will come in the next quarter from the new purchase.
I am having a tough time figuring out the low margins I am trying to figure out the impact of the intangible asset of $30 m and two contractual obligations items of about $11m in current and noncurrent liabilities and the details of royalty arrangement They are all related to Sorse. This license fee contact has life of 5 years. What will happen after five years. They issued more shares to reduce the royalties. But has a minimum of $2m per annun. This Sorse arrangement is not cheap. This has to be squeezing the margins and also because they are partners in other products.
My knowledge about these arrangements and the cost involved and profit-sharing is non-existant. Can someone shed light on it.
