RE:RE:RE:Cobalt Supply PR isn't going to change anything. The Canadian government and CEOs from NA automakers and Sherritt CEO/CFO should meet and develop a lobbying strategy that highlights to the US government that Canada has a secured Co/Ni via Sherritt, and convince them to implement a specific sanction exemption (call it the GreenCuba clause or whatever name pleases their idiots in Congress) so investment dollars can flow in to improve and expand the Moa operation. In exchange Cuba/Sherritt agree to allocate a minimum percentage of output exclusively to batteries for NA EV production. Maybe set up a US or Canadian government-sponsored SGMR (aka Strategic Green Metals Reserve or whatever other silly name these bozos can come up with to hold inventory for future allocation.
