My guess would be that Holdings shareholders would receive 10 million shares (10/66 = 15%) for their 15% of royalties. Wallace would get about 3 million (owns 32% of Holdings) and Legault 2 million (20% of Holdings), while original founders would split up the remaining 5 million shares. Total outstanding shares after amalgamation of 66 million. I don't envision Wallace or Legault dumping their shares (unless Legault has more estates to plan).
