U R out of focus - autofocus- u forget that Fidel confiscated American cobalt mines back in the 50's and the redemption for that loss has never been paid by Cuba, so any company that has secured those properties for profit r barred by US laws in trading those commodities. ...
That means sherrit and company personnel r barred from entering the US or selling cobalt to Tesla.
... U can call it trade restrictions ...

I think sherrit can survive without Americans on the world scene when prices for those commodities rise.
