ScreenPRO paying Youtubers vs DM

I see Screenpro is paying Youtubers to review. A few other penny stocks I know are also getting coverage, all paid content.

I see DM has Deepdive / Agoracom, but I can't find much if any Youtubers.
I think this is a good idea like ScreenPro, CBDT, Victory Square etc.
