Verse is a brand, and because Valens handles soup to nuts they have no need for any other information. Call it a holdco, a shell company, call it whatever you want. At the end of the day they are our highest grossing partner and I really don't care past that...furthermore Nuance isn't owned by loblaws, the trademark was registered by Valens in the US. They don't have any information either.....the question you have to ask yourself is does this information change your investment thesis...if yes....sell....if no....hold.
