One would anticipate Canada a G7 country also close ally to states where the manufacturing sites are would secure decent amount of vaccines also
the complicity of the government set up won't be helpful, we have the federal, provincial, city, municipal( upper, lower, local, single tier), geographic areas with no municipalities etc etc.
