RE:RE:Noront to beat kwg by farYes ringer2 that is the question. Why would baosteel give up that right? Maybe for some off-take because they know that noront is the one that will be selling chromite and collecting revenue long before anyone else if they gave the rights up. The Chinese get some years before waiting for kwg to be minning.
