RE:RE:RE:Whats everyones opinion on the refinery ?To build a refinery takes about as long as as drilling a first hole to prove discovery to becoming an actual mine.
As most of you know, First Cobalt is in the process of recommissioning an already permitted refinery in Ontario. They plan to import from Glencore cobalt concentrates from the DRC.
Fortune would be better served sending their metal concentrates from NICO
directly to Ontario, since the concentrates as suggested are already on route and moving it a couple of provinces further east on rail would make more sense and save money in addition be much closer then DRC is to Ontario.
