AGM circular

AGM circularThe preface by Lapthorne is worth reading and I generally agree with the statement i have cut and pasted below, but the rest just makes me livid - all the executive compensation stuff would be easier to swallow if there was a tiny bit of evidence that our board had some of their own skin (i mean shares bought with cash, not grants) in the game.  Time to vote in Ocean and NV man.  I do t begrudge David Pathe and by and large feel he's done a good job.  The only other thing if note is they harp on about their 14PhDs again.... love to actually see some sort of results/revenue from this group....  soon?

'That the plan of arrangement was completed without any dilution to our common shares is remarkable and speaks to the efforts of Sherritt’s senior leadership team in arriving at a solution overwhelmingly approved by all stakeholders. It would not be an overstatement to say that had we not successfully completed the plan of arrangement, Sherritt would not exist in its current form today.'
