I would classify a Certified nut case to bea person that continually blames others for ones own mistakes, there by DOOMED to continue on making mistakes.   

I bet there's people that when they S$it their pants, they blame China.     When they go to the Dollar store and pay $1 and expect $50 performance of a similar product from Home Depot, and when it doesn't or when it breaks they blame China.  

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
