RE:Occupancy decreased Not buying yetI don't think the market is going to wait until it gets increasing occupancy rates before moving this to a higher level.

Our best gauge is to look where the vaccine rollout is ahead of us and how their economies are faring. This would be the US and from what I am hearing this summer will be the big pivot. The CDC is looking to green light cruising again, this was the first sector to get hit in N.A.

Canada will follow the US in recovery by a quarter or two. If you have a 2-3 year timeline, this is easily a double from here. One can try to time this and wait for possibly lower prices, but also possibly risk being wrong and be forced into buying in a run at much higher prices.
