The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Consolidation is being considered as one of a number of the mechanisms that are used to qualify for listing on Nasdaq. One or more qualifying standards can be combined to achieve the desired result.

I am quite sure that management and their legal teams on both sides of the border will decide on that which is best for all concerned.....
