While I see the merits of an uplist I do not support seeing my shares reduced to one third. Retail investors that have been patient know that the share price will improve quarter over quarter and will eventually achieve any minimum requirement for listing. If it takes a little longer, so be it. To accomplish an imminent listing at the expense of the retail investor who has been supportive through the sector downturn should not be punished and shown a little more respect.
