You do not release such a bomb only to get short term movement of the SP. I spoke with Bellido who is also a finance teacher, and gave some explanation about that valuation . He truly believe the 2.5G$ valuation model. So, knowing the responsibility of a director of a public company , you do not throw that kind of news for fun.
