The Coho issue seems to be that Shell want a commitment for more gas and NGC want a commitment they will take all the gas they are contracted for without any timeout clauses.
Those pipes will go in the ground 10 minutes after the deal is signed off given to lay them now would give Shell the upper hand in negociations.
As to Royston being gas? Well let's see if it in fact turns out to be oil given Coho they called right as gas, Cascadura they thought was oil and Chinook was so certainly gas that they were planning the pipes! And of course it now appears to be oil.
So their "Batting Average" is 1 from 3.
My guess is very oily gas, but I am a coward!
