PRESIDENT RESIGNED????More trouble in paradise here if the president decided at this juncture to issue her resignation. Sounds like she's not on the same page as the board in regards to this merger. If this company was trading that alone would probably have dropped the share price in half! Someone here said to get the lube out they maybe right this one may hurt.
