Exactly "OneTime123"! Exactly what a six sigma CEO should be totally aware of and more. Something that just came to mind now is - There was this other CEO operating a few years ago whom had everyones respect and was praised by stockholders. His authority was unquestioned for decades. Wealthy people, Governmental figures, Diplomates, Royalty, Beurocrates blindly followed Until . . . His name was Bernie Madoff. And living up to his name he Made Off with over 60 billion dollars of investor funds. I never used his first name either and as a result of his actions will extend my trust only so far to any CEO. Many have proven themselves as shysters over the years.
So lets get off this Praise the CEO Hype and send along real concerns that need be addressed. Right now there aren't any investment advisors "that's 0 -ZERO" recomending this stock. All that were interested have taken a sit back & wait approach, months ago, to see what the financials would be. Now the lack there of, has put the company on ignore from their point of view because without proof, the interest is not there. Currently it has a 3 out of 10 rating at underpreform which is sure to fall due to the latest filing of a delay in filing and application of an MCTO - "NP - 12 - 203" .Along with that, in the last 3 months has had 5.5 million shares sold by insiders. Come Monday Share holders will let the company know just what they think of it's latest disapointment for us.
All in all since I invested this year this company has been a Six Sigma loosing investment.
Mr McAuley . . . Your investment and aquisition stratagy appears to require you to back up your Hype and brovado with Proof which is required by law. No more excuses are required. What is required is the proof!!!! I am cringing at the thoughts of where share value will fall to thanks to what I regard as incompitence on the part of Management which for months has generated hype of this & that, which now appears to be unsubstanciated. Of course I could be wrong about where the near term direction is for this outfit and hope I am. But know this . . . Not everyone is overly impressed with your preformance or lack there of, this year!
