The previous halt only served to raise people's expectations to crazy levels. I'm sure the same is happening right now among the faithful. Could it be that it is only what we have just found out? Website updated prematurely, news starts floating around on bb before they are ready with NR so they have to halt? Either way, expectations are low until proven otherwise. Once bitten twice shy as it were.
