RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This morning ?Actually, no you are incorrect.  Shutin was referring to CWTI (formerly ENPAR).  There was a name change only in the past.  If you review the old NRs you will see that Shutin's statement was accurate.

CWTI purchaed Pumptronics, which was profitable priro to purchase.  If it was a mess, than CWTI did not conduct due diligence, and/or grossly overpaid for the company.
