Trading freeze

Trading freezeThis has been done as a show of good faith (I don't know if it's mandatory or not) so the principals who know the contents of the audit cannot be accused of insider trading. Imagine if they were to buy knowing the report is good or sell knowing it is bad. IMO it is neither good nor bad, it just shows transparency.
