So my uneducated guess from first blush:
  • Quantum are a tech and software company.
  • Looks like the phd's and the Doctor may have come up with the device and or software.
  • They are tracking vehicle emissions
  • New vehicles are being designed to reduce emissions
  • These vehicles that are doing so can monetize through these guys there carbon savings.
  • Mosolf is a cient.
Maybe dynaCert will be using these guys to monetize carbon credits / savings etc.
